SculpSure for bra fat in London

The roll beside the bra strap at the side of the chest is an area our own site lists for SculpSure. In our practice it is treated with an applicator fitted over each side in one 25-minute cycle, often with the back. Bra fat is not among the areas SculpSure is cleared for in the US and no published trial has treated it, and we say so plainly. For bra fat we also provide fat freezing at our sister clinic, where it is a cleared area, and the clinician says at the consultation which fits. What it does at the bra line

The laser heats the fat layer in the roll to the temperature at which fat cells break down, with contact cooling on the skin. The body clears the cells over the following weeks, so in our experience the strap sits flatter. It does not tighten loose skin at the bra line, and the clinician names the treatment that does.

What the evidence covers

The session and after

The applicator fitted over each side, the cycle of 25 minutes, hot with cooling running throughout and the energy adjusted with you. Red and warm afterwards, then tenderness, swelling or a firm feeling for one to three weeks, a soft bra for the first days in our experience, with normal activities throughout. In our experience the result shows from about six weeks and is best at about twelve, when we photograph the area.
